The gardener who cut back the wrong plants, twice. The car wash that left the paint worse than it found it. Outdoor-first villa care — garden, windows, cars, repairs — plus a quarterly deep clean on Villa plans. Qualified teams, briefed and in uniform. The same people will come back each week, so you stop explaining.

Garden and landscaping
From May to September we come every day for a short watering round, plus one full maintenance visit a week. From October to April, two full visits a week. Mowing, hedging, irrigation checks, seasonal planting and green waste removal.

For homes with a private pool. Skimming, vacuuming, filter and pump checks, water balancing with logged chemical readings.

Window cleaning
Every window and glass door on the outside of the house, once a month, by a two-person team with ladders and harnesses. On its own this runs from AED 450 to AED 600 a visit depending on the size of the house. Which is why most people never book it.

Exterior wash three times a week, in your driveway. No basement queue, no cash, no waiting. We do not touch the inside of your car.

Watch your home being looked after, from anywhere
Every visit leaves a record in your account. The app is designed so you can open it in a meeting in Dubai and see that the garden was watered at 6:30 this morning, by whom, with the photos to prove it.

The comparison uses what each service costs on its own here today: gardening AED 250 a month, pool AED 300, window cleaning AED 450 to 600 for the outside depending on the size of the house, exterior car wash AED 150 a car a month for three washes a week, handyman AED 129 an hour. Questions
How does payment work?
Your card is charged on the same date every month, automatically, with a VAT invoice listing every visit it covers. Our teams will not be permitted to accept money from you. Nobody will ever knock on your door asking to be paid.
Will I be able to communicate with the people who come?
You will not need to. You will message our office in English or Arabic and we will brief the team before they arrive. Every team leader speaks English, and your standing preferences are saved in your account so nobody has to be told twice.
How is this different from the person I use now?
Our teams will be qualified for the job they are sent to do, will arrive with a brief on your home, and will wear a uniform and ID badge so you always know who is at your gate. Most of the frustration people have here comes from companies that do none of that.
Will I know who is coming to my house?
Yes. Your app will show the visit and the team before they arrive, and everyone will work in a branded uniform with an ID badge. Nobody ever turns up in plain clothes, and nobody enters the house unless your plan includes it and you have asked for it.
What if the work is not done properly?
Once service starts, you will open a ticket in the app with the photo of what is wrong. A supervisor reviews it and we return within 48 hours at no charge. If we cannot fix it, that visit is credited back.
Can I change my plan or pause it?
Yes. Change plan any time from your account, and cancel with 30 days' notice. If you travel for the summer, put the subscription on hold and keep only the garden and pool.
Do I need to be home?
No. You can leave standing access instructions in your account. Every visit will be time-stamped, geo-verified and photographed, so you can check what happened from anywhere.
Will my garden survive the summer?
That is exactly why the schedule changes with the season. From May to September a gardener comes every day for a short round — hand-watering what the irrigation misses, checking drippers, clearing dead growth — plus one longer maintenance visit each week. From October to April, two full visits a week is enough.
Do you work in Dubai as well as Sharjah?
Yes. We are based in Masaar, Sharjah, where our founder lives, and we take villa owners in Sharjah and Dubai on the waitlist. Tell us your community: the areas with the most names are scheduled first.
When do you launch?
We are signing our first homes now, community by community across Sharjah and Dubai. Joining the waitlist is what decides the order.
