Villa garden maintenance in Dubai: a routine, not a cash visit
A Dubai villa garden rarely dies in one day. It dies over a summer when nobody owns the irrigation timer. This guide sets out what a proper maintenance routine covers, so you can judge any gardener, including us.
What the routine should cover
- Irrigation: heads, driplines and timers checked, dry patches found before the plants show it.
- Lawn and edges: a cut height that survives the afternoon heat.
- Beds and trees: weeds, deadwood, light pruning, mulch where it holds moisture.
- Cleanup: cuttings removed, driveway and gate clear.
- Proof: photos after each visit, so you know it happened without being home.
Summer is the real test
From May to September our schedule switches to a short daily round, hand watering what the irrigation misses and checking drippers, plus one longer visit each week. From October to April, two full visits a week is enough. A gardener who keeps the same weekly slot all year is the usual reason a lawn browns in July.
Maintenance is not landscaping

Garden care is included in every 360 plan: Townhouse AED 799, Villa AED 1,199, Signature AED 1,799 a month, with windows, car wash and handyman hours in the same visit schedule.
