"Deep cleaning" is the most abused phrase in Sharjah home services. Some companies mean a team of four with floor machines for a full day. Others mean the usual two-hour clean with the word "deep" on the invoice. Here is how to tell deep cleaning services in Sharjah apart, and what the real thing costs.

These are UAE marketplace reference prices for 2026, before VAT; Sharjah quotes are often 10–15% lower. Furnished homes cost more because furniture is moved and cleaned under. Add-ons that are usually extra: sofa and mattress shampoo (AED 150–300 per piece), carpet shampoo, grout steaming, external windows.
If a villa quote comes in under AED 500, ask how many people are coming and for how long. The arithmetic will tell you what you are buying.
Ask for this in writing. If three items are missing, it is not a deep clean.
Quarterly. The dust load and the hard-water scale do not pause between annual cleans. A family villa deep cleaned once a year is being reset; one deep cleaned every three months is being maintained, and each visit is shorter and cheaper. The common pattern — one deep clean before Ramadan guests, one before the summer trip — is two-thirds of the way there.
The "we clean everything" answer. It is not a scope. Companies that will not write the list down are leaving themselves room to skip the oven. Get it in writing; it protects both sides.
On Villa and Signature plans, a quarterly machine deep clean and interior reset is included alongside the outdoor care — garden, exterior windows, cars, pest control and AC filters — so the whole house is on one calendar with one team and one invoice. It will be scheduled, photographed in your app, and done by uniformed staff who will not be permitted to accept cash. We are not a daily maid service; this is the quarterly reset most villas never get round to booking.

A 3-bedroom villa takes a team of three about 5–6 hours. A 5-bedroom villa is a full day for four people. Anything much faster is not a deep clean.
Regular cleaning handles surfaces and floors. Deep cleaning uses machines and moves furniture: degreasing the hood and oven, descaling bathrooms, scrubbing grout, cleaning behind appliances, vents, fans and the tops of wardrobes.
A quarterly machine deep clean is included on Villa and Signature plans. Townhouse plans cover outdoor care; a deep clean can be added on request.
